SPAWC 2024 will be an in-person conference. The in-person experience brings our community together in one place and fosters a vibrant exchange of ideas, networking, and social interaction. Access to all SPAWC 2024 technical sessions, welcome reception, coffee breaks, exhibits, and the electronic proceedings. Registration may cover up to 4 papers in which the registrant appears in the author list. All papers must be presented in-person.
Please note that Banquet registration includes an additional cost. A limited number of seats are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Attendees from low-income economies will receive a discounted rate when registering. Proof of residency is required. Low-Income Economy Countries are marked by an asterisk as defined by the IEEE. View country/region list.
All registration fees covering a paper are non-refundable. For registration fees not covering a paper, a full refund, after a USD 50 (equivalent) processing fee, will be given, provided the request is applied for prior to the last day of the Advance Registration deadline.
